This Privacy Policy describes UTMT Society’s treatment of personally identifiable information that UTMT Society collects when User is on our website or when data is collected from project beneficiaries.

The website does not collect any unique information about the User (such as User’s name, email address, age, etc.) unless the User specifically and knowingly provides such information on the Website. We collect your personal information to improve our services to you and to keep you updated about new information that may be of interest to you.

  • 1. Personal data of the beneficiaries comprising social, economic and agriculture data is collected only for the specific purpose of profiling our beneficiaries and ascertaining the impact of the programme on the beneficiaries.
  • 2. The data collected is restricted to what is adequate, relevant and necessary for the purpose for which it is collected, i.e, for preparation of training, baseline and endline reports, case studies and research studies.
  • 3. The data is collected and processed lawfully and in a manner that ensures its security, integrity and confidentiality.
  • 4. Before collection of data, the end use of the data is communicated and their consent for exclusive use of the data for the same is obtained. The beneficiaries are thus allowed to exercise their rights in relation to the use of their personal data.
  • 5. While obtaining the consent of the beneficiaries, it is certified that their personal data will be viewed and processed exclusively by UTMT Society and that the same will not be shared with a third party, except in an aggregated form in study reports without disclosing individual data.

We do not collect or store any bank account details of our donors on our Website or anywhere else.
